The cleaning machine for forklift wheels HRRM can be used in food processing and canteen industries wherever special emphasis is placed on cleaning and disinfecting wheels and castors, for instance on forklifts and transport vehicles. At the same time this machine is also used for the sole cleaning of personnel.

Four horizontally arranged, rotating brushes, covered by a massive stainless steel grating, provide a thorough cleaning and disinfection. The rotation of the brushes is activated by sensors installed at the entry and exit. During the rotation the brushes are sprayed with a mixture of water and cleaning agent. Two railings assure enforced guidance through the unit and a firm hold. The machine can be combined with various entry control and door opening systems. The machine is available in different designs.
